Extreme ironing blends 'extreme' sport, performance art... and a having a bit of craic.
On 28th of December an intrepid team of 8 CCIC volunteers will be climbing Galteemore on the Tipperary/Limerick border with an ironing board, to iron a shirt in an 'extreme' location.

Why we are fundraising?

Ensure young people from all backgrounds are fully welcome in all youth projects and clubs
Provide effective support to staff and volunteers in working with diverse groups and in responding to racism
Train young leaders from the area in intercultural awareness and anti-racism
We have EU funding for this project, but are required to raise 25% of our own funding. We have received great support from local youth and community projects, but have €5000 left to raise
